We are proud to offer FREE, INSURED delivery of your beautifully handcrafted ring via Parcel Post, a UPS Capital Company, within the United States.
Your order will be shipped fully insured, all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all orders over $1,000.00, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with UPS. We urge you to inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing the receipt and receiving your package.
If you place your order on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day.
If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after hours on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.

SHIPPING TO ALTERNATE ADDRESS
If you will not be home to sign for your order, Sarkisian’s Jewelry Company, Inc. can ship your order to your place of work, or another convenient destination. As a security feature to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise priced $1,000.00 or more to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or finance company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.
Your carefully handcrafted ring or jewelry piece is inspected once more before it is placed in its luxurious and decorative box, ready to present upon arrival. It is then packaged with the utmost care before being shipped to you. Its decorative box will match your ring with its elegant style, ready to enjoy as a surprise gift or planned purchase.
To help ensure you make the right choice, Sarkisian’s Jewelry Company, Inc. offers a very flexible return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without engraving or a custom design in its original condition within 15 days of the date of shipment for refund or an exchange.
An item may be returned or exchanged within 15 days from when it was shipped, with a Return Merchandise Authorization. You will only pay for return shipping and insurance fees. To receive a return authorization on orders shipped within the United States, please call customer service at 212-840-5560.
Returned items must be in the original purchase condition, include all product documentation, shipped within 15 days, and cannot be engraved (rings excluded). Please note that the customer must pay for the return postage and insurance.
Jewelry items that are returned must be undamaged and in new and unused condition to be refunded or exchanged. Any item showing wear, or alteration by a jeweler other than Sarkisian’s Jewelry Company, Inc. will not be accepted.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and call us immediately at 212-840-5560. Retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Sarkisian’s Jewelry Company, Inc. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 3 days of receipt of your order. Sarkisian’s Jewelry Company, Inc. will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
Returns are processed daily once they have been received. Following receipt of your returned item, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow an average of one week for full processing. Our jewelers will review the returned item. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Sarkisian’s Jewelry Company), or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Please allow 7-10 business days after processing for your bank to post credit to your account.
Returns do not apply to the following items:
- Custom Designs
- Non-USD currencies
- Items shipped over 15 days ago
- Exchanges, repairs, resizing
- Items that became damaged or defective after delivery
- Engraved items (rings excluded)
- All engraved rings may be returned for credit, however, engraving fees are non-refundable
Returns without a Sarkisian’s Jewelry Company, Inc. Return Merchandise Authorization code, returns sent C.O.D., and improperly or underinsured packages will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
Please call a diamond and jewelry consultant at 212-840-5560 during business days 9-6pm eastern standard time regarding jewelry items for exchange, repair, resize or to report damage or a defect. We recommend that you securely package your items in the original packing materials and fully insure the jewelry item. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Additional shipping charges may be incurred if packages are returned via alternate carriers. Sarkisian’s Jewelry Company, Inc. reserves the right to charge your credit card for any fees we incur at time of package receipt.
Prepare A Return Or Exchange
To package your return, we recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you will be liable for the US $250.00 replacement cost. For security purposes do not write Sarkisian’s Jewelry Company, Inc. anywhere on the outside of the box.

Cancel Or Change An Order
For any change or cancellation in an order please call Sarkisian’s Jewelry Company, Inc. at 212-840-5560. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests.
